A remodel and addition in Barton Hills that reworks the everyday flow of a family home while opening it more generously to the back yard and tree canopy.

This Barton Hills project added square footage where the family needed it most (primary suite, expanded kitchen, and a back-of-house living space that connects directly to the yard) while keeping the street-facing elevation in keeping with the neighborhood's scale and rhythm.
